	Importrules:
	Norway has alittle different/stricter rules for import than the EU-members. Everyone planning to come and exhibit at the Nordic Show 2008 have to get an importpermission from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority. They have told us that everyone will get it approved, but they advice you to apply early on, to be sure to get it back in time for the last enterenceday.   You have to write declaration where you confirm the cavies are yours, that you have owned them the last 6 months* or since birth, and that they haven't been outside Norway/Sweeden/Denmark/Finland in this period of time.   The cavies have to be checked by a veterinarian at the earliest 48 hours before departure. You have to get a written healthcertificate which you show in custums when you arrive in Norway, together with the importpermission and the declaration.   You have to stop in custum when you arrive in Norway. If you don't, and are stopped anyway, it won't help that you have all the papers in order.   You can find a link to the importform here. 	IMPORTANT: These rules comprehends ALL foreign exhibitors, also you from Sweeden, who earlier could travel back and forth with animals almost as you wanted. Now, you need an importpermisson (with all the rules that follows) nomatter where you come from.
